Project Manager - Agile SW Development
Project Manager with Agile Software Development experience required by leading manufacturing company to assist in web and mobile application project.
Responsibilities include:
Project Planning and Management
Team Management
Product Owner Support
Process Management and Improvement
Team building
Experience required:
A Solid understanding of software development life cycle and expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
At least 5 years experience of Project Management
Experience managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multifunction
teams
Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
Balanced business/technical background
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Jira/Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne or equivalent. Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
