We am currently looking for a Communication Lead for a large collaboration programme based in the city.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Strong track record in Internal Communications.- Insurance track record or Financial Services ideal.
- Expert understanding of Culture Change and Employee Engagement.
- Ideally track record working on large/global Technical/System Migrations Programmes whereby culture change is required to adopt the new technology amongst staff.
- Understanding of Social Media and Collaborative tools such as Sharepoint (and others) that help companies' staff engage with each other.
- End to End; Ability to create Collaboration/Communication Plans to engage staff on new technology and Deliver benefits.
- Worked with numerous teams to deliver benefits including training for staff able to use the new platforms upon go live.
