Culture and Training Lead/Risk/Banking

An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with my client, a leading global retail bank, on a large scale transformation programme as a Culture and Training Work stream Lead within the Conduct Risk Programme. The role will be responsible for supporting the work stream lead in the development and delivery of the conduct risk training and communications deliverables.

The successful candidate will be required to:
*Oversee the development and delivery of the technical training for all Compliance staff.
*Co-ordinate input from the technical experts within the Conduct Risk Programme and ensure that this is accurately portrayed in the output from the training design support team.
*Prepare decks where required to ensure progress can be reported on and ad-hoc requests for information can be delivered in a timely manner.
*Ensure all training for Compliance teams is identified and delivered in a timely manner.
*Oversee the development of the technical content for the afore-mentioned training

The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience working in a Training or Internal Communications function
*Ability to clearly and concisely articulate key messages concerning Conduct Risk across the business.
*Good team-working and inter-personal skills to collaborate effectively to achieve results.
*Excellent stakeholder management
