Description
Senior Project Manager required for busy Government Department.
Candidates must hold a Prince 2 accreditation or an equivalent PM qualification.
You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of customer projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the agreed scope quality standards. This will be across the organisations wide range of Estates & Security Services.
Must have a minimum 5 years experience of planning, monitoring and controlling projects using Prince 2 methodology.
Have 5 years minimum experience in planning and delivering medium complexity, multi-skilled projects with values ranging from £500K - £2 Million, using the latest versions of MS Project.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing project budgets.
Minimum of 5 years experience in managing major construction projects from inception to completion.
Experience in NEC3, GC Works and FIDIC contracts and documentation in procuring construction.
Membership of one of the following; RIBA, RICS, ICE, IStruct E, CIBSE.
Candidates must be security cleared to SC Level as a minimum. DV is preferred.
