Description
A Santa Rosa based healthcare provider is now recruiting for a Meditech Analyst to join their team.Primary responsibilities:
- -Assist with full clinical implementation of the Client Server
- Review customer requirements; perform analysis, design and documentation of current state and future state clinical workflows.
- Complete clinical setup, design, and functionality of the application
- Develop test plans and coordinate testing
- Extensive knowledge of RXM and AOM to facilitate client integration into the hospital setting
- Facilitate the interdisciplinary core teams (including Physician Team), facilitate and manage work sessions, supply dictionary build guidance, and assist in defining best practices
- Maintain regular communications regarding project issues, risks, and needs with client, vendor, team leadership and team members.
- Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections
- Communicate with end-users for problem resolution
- Analyze issues and problems reported by end-users and customers. Demonstrate customer service skills regarding responsiveness to customer requests for support assistance, whether troubleshooting, problem solving, report development, or system enhancements and correction testing
Key Competencies:
- · 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- · Proven abilities: Solution design, Implementation, IT support for Meditech
- · Preferred education: B.E/B.Tech Computer Science
