SAP HCM PY Data Migration Consultant - Shanghai
Data Migration Analyst
Reporting to the Data Migration Lead, the Data Migration Analyst will assist in the analysis of Legacy system data, prepare files for upload and perform the transfer of data into our SAP system.
The ideal candidate will have experience of HR and Payroll SAP implementations and be proficient in using SAP migration tools.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the analysis of and design of a repeatable data migration process
Assist in the identification, assessment and mitigation of data migration risks
Test custom migration tools and procedures using custom and standard SAP migration tools
Perform data migration activities during data migration preparation, execution and stabilization
Respond to stakeholder questions, assist in preparing Legacy data and provide data quality assessments with recommended corrective measures
Transformation of data from database table extracts to migration load templates
Produce documentation to support the data migration
Skills & Expertise
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience of SAP HR & Payroll functionality
Experience of working with SAP Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) or other SAP migration tools
Good knowledge of SAP underlying data structures (tables and fields)
Previous experience of running complex data transformation routines
Very good/advanced MS excel skills
Data Reconciliation experience
MANDATORY: Chinese (Mandarin); English Fluent
