Senior Channel Marketing Manager/Retail Store Design Manager
Major household name in the telecoms industry is recruiting for a Senior Store Design manager with responsibility for a small team comprising of a merchandise specialist, CAD designer, CAD planner and visual merchandiser to work on a number of projects to include store refits/refresh across over 500 stores and small new store opening projects.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Stakeholder Management
Experience within retail teams/shop fit channel
Problem solving ability/budget management
Strong presentation skills - presenting to director level
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Able to react quickly to problems/issues and resolve effectively
Experience in a fast paced retail environment
Appreciation of CAD design/able to understand technical drawings
DESIRABLE:
Telecoms experience
Marketing experience
DUTIES:
As second in command to the Head of Channel Marketing you will be driving through project based store refresh/refitting to an aggressive schedule, managing a budget of up to 5 Million, raising and managing PO's you must be numerical and frugal with a proven track record of delivery, ability to understand technical designs and CAD. Previous retail experience is a must, as is the ability to problem solve on a large scale.
