Project Manager - Data ManagementOur leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced project manager to join its data management team. The client is currently undergoing the largest business changes to date, including a divestment project, an integration programme and a company split. The data management team require a strong, self-motivated individual to lead several of the smaller projects and provide support and expertise to the team as a whole. The successful candidate will also support the team manager, in his absence, with team management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Leading several data management small projects.
• Resource Development ‐ ability to engage the internal team and gain their support for projects. Able to coach, mentor and support other members of the team.
• Develop, track and ensure that the following are met: project plans, tasks and milestones.
• Provide status and identify risks/risk mitigation.
• In the absence of the team manager, support the team and provide regular updates.
• Ensure deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in running Data migration and Integration competencies.
• Strong understanding of activities within primary discipline, such as Data Analysis, Data Integration, Data Management, Data Exchange and Data Architecture.
• Project Management Experience
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
• Customer minded - excellent written and verbal communication skills to multiple audiences.
• Strong teamwork ethic.
• Able to work independently when required; self-motivated.
• PMP certification advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of business processes.
• Experience with JDE. (ERP) beneficial.
