My client, an elite investment bank, located in midtown Manhattan is looking to add an experienced Marketing Associate to their Global Compliance Team. This is an initial six month contract with favorable chance of extension paying between $45 and $55 per hour based on experience.Primary Responsibilities:
*Reviewing retail and institutional marketing material for US Registered Funds, Separately Managed Accounts and Offshore Funds.
*Ensure compliance with industry regulations including FINRA and SEC Advertising guidelines.
*Reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFP and due diligence questionnaires
*Interacting with global legal, compliance and business teams
Qualifications:
*Bachelors Degree
*3-5 Years experience in Marketing Review
*Experience developing and maintaining updated policies and procedures
*Investment bank experience preferred
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional
