Role:                   Contracts Administration Officer

Location:             Milton Keynes

Duration:             4 Months initially with possible extension

Required Experience

Essential Experience:

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills with extensive practical experience of the Microsoft Office Suite (inc Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher)
  • Good understanding of basic HR and Procurement processes
  • Pro-active and flexible attitude and be able to priorities work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team and as an individual - able to work without close supervision

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience of working within government
  • Being able to work in a fast and high pressured working environment
  • Some understanding of work
