My client, a large public sector organisation, is currently looking for a finance manager to join their team in York. The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly financial forecasts and the future years' financial plan.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly financial forecasts
- Provide detailed information on all financial aspects when requested
- Advise on costing and pricing of services
- Preparation of future yearly financial plans
- Financial and management reporting
Essential Experience: Excel, People Skills, must be able to liaise with senior management.
Desirable Experience: Defence Experience/public sector experience.
The role is being offered on an initial 3 month contract and is looking to pay a maximum of £386/day.
