SAP FICO Application Expert/New-GL/PA/PCA
Key skills:
- 5 years functional expertise in FICO, including New GL, CO/PA and PCA
- Proven service delivery experience in multinational company, dealing with multi insourced/outsourced service providers
- Proven ability and experience to assess business requirements, design solutions, produce functional analysis/technical document and implement solutions in big multinational companies
- Service delivery and application service management
- ITIL, Level 2/3 service management, Service desk integration, service modelling
About the role:
Acquire knowledge and experience in regards to Finance and controlling solutions
Provide level 3 support. Liaise with other IT department and manage multi service provider accordingly.
Drive external service providers in providing the right maintenance and development services
Manage related application IT services, focusing on availability and performance management, incident and problem management and service request management.
Ensure the services are provided in quality, according to agreed service levels and in respect to governance to the relevant business community.
Ensure transition of development to business as usual services and related knowledge acquisition.
Participate to the global FICO project as well in other development activities as functional expert to
o Provide expertise and review proposed solutions
o Manage integration and User accept test
o Post go-live support
o Business training and change management support
