Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities include:* Direct and manage development of project plans from beginning to end.
* Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identify and mitigate issues and risks.
* Regularly provide senior management and stakeholders with project status.
* Manage stakeholders (ex: clients, vendors, etc..) and team expectations.
* To conduct strategic business analyses of our existing and new products
* To collect and verify business requirements
* To define functional specifications
* To support the pre-sales consultants in presenting ULLINK's products
* To anticipate your clients' needs and detect new business opportunities
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in the Financial Technology space
* A minimum of 5 years business analyst experience in investment banking.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills as the candidate must have the ability to communicate with the business effectively to ensure that projects meet their requirements.
* Experience in dealing with OATS
* Experience in dealing with US Order Management Systems
* Experience in working on both High and Low Touch Solutions in any asset class.
* Direct work experience in project management capacity is ideal
