Practicus are excited to be partnering with such an iconic brand to lead their search for an interim Payroll and HRIS Change Manager.

Your main deliverables include the review and recommendation of their payroll processes, the consolidation of 7 payrolls into 1 and the review and recommendation of their current HR system.
There are a number of issues around data integrity and reporting within the current payroll processes and system, which ultimately is having an impact on KPI's and Management Information
You will also review the current HR system to identify the gaps and pitfalls. They currently have an idea on what they might be but equally are not aware of the full functionality the system can provide and its capability. From this review you will come up with a proposal and options paper for moving forward. This might be to improve and rectify the current system or change it completely.

There will also be some BAU tasks such as signing of payroll and managing supplier relationships.
To be considered for this role it is important that you have a proven track record of delivery within a similar role. You will have excellent knowledge around payroll processes, payroll consolidation, data integrity and best practise to be able to offer recommendations. You will also have strong HRIS experience from review to recommendation and implementation
