Organisational Development Consultant.

Our client is an east London local authority which has embarked on an exciting change programme. Focusing on their residents, they are looking to redefine their services by establishing a new business model that continues to deliver priority services whilst meeting the challenge of making savings of £45m by . Their programme will completely change their structure, the way they do our business, and the way they work with others.

As an Organisational Development Consultant you will play a key role in ensuring that staff are equipped for and engaged with this change. You will be responsible for working with senior managers to identify, design, commission, deliver (where appropriate), and evaluate OD interventions that ensure that people at all levels of the organisation possess and develop the skills, knowledge and experiences to fulfil the council's corporate and service priorities and are motivated to perform and develop.

You will be enthusiastic and proactive about change and have high levels of expertise in leading, managing, and facilitating successful organisational and cultural change. You will have experience of working successfully with stakeholders, creating effective strategies, plans and initiatives from complex and sometimes contradictory information, along with evidence of on-going professional development.

Experience of Organisation Development

Experience of working for a local authority or public sector body

Available for a minimum of 12 weeks starting 20 August

Live within reasonable commuting distance of east London
