Internet Content Manager/Arabic speaking/Digital: Global Oil Co.
World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for an Arabic speaking Internet Content Manager to join their team. The team is responsible for managing company websites in Africa and the Middle East, with regional activity in Qatar and Nigeria. Therefore, they are looking for fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) as well as experience and understanding of working with local cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world class management of digital channels (websites, mobile apps)
- Advise content owners and agencies on digital strategy development, communications and channel management, and content development and life cycle
- Deliver an annual plan that supports the country reputation plan, marketing plans and the needs of all businesses in the country
- Responsible for content curation, website health and performance project management
- Manage offshore delivery team to meet targets
- Carry out site audits and develop site plans
- Actively use measurement and analytics to inform content creation process and manage website health and performance
About you:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic are both essential
- Demonstrable experience of working with web content management systems, particularly Adobe CQ5
- Degree qualified
- Expert in digital communications with a professional communications background
- Passionate about digital and knowledgeable about industry best practices
- Proven experience in a large multinational or client site
- Strong project management and implementation experience
- Confident and proactive in engaging and influencing stakeholders and external agencies
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
This role does not undertake IT activities, but an understanding of IT aspects of web management is preferred.
