Our client in Anderlecht is currently looking for an IT Support to join the Belgian sites support team. The IT Support will support users on local sites regarding hardware and software issues.
Scope of work: Incident: Handle ticket assigned by the Helpdesk to Belgium local site support and address issues promptly in line with the current SLTs. Problem analysis, resolution or escalation. Change: deploy new hardware, phones (desk & mobile), install software on users computers Update assets in the system. Assist users during their meeting when needed and handle meeting rooms: Video conference, clean cables, monitor, etc. Keep up to date Active Directory objects for to Belgium Sites Assist Drogenbos Local support if needed when the work load high and during holiday periods. Occasionally travel to Dendermonde Site or Warehouse located at Wilrijk for support. Report to the Team leader any major issue impacting the users.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in IT support Fluent in French, English and Dutch At least a basic understanding of the following technologies: TCP/IP, AD, Avaya phone System, Knowledge of Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Cisco VPN, SCCM
