Finance Assistant Manager required

Job Synopsis

The partly qualified person will be responsible for all areas relating to the accounting functions and financial reporting and responsible to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks and activities.
The incumbent will travel extensively to all subsidiaries to ensure compliance and training of staff in said subsidiaries throughout Europe.

Technical

Perform an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
Monitor and review all financial transaction in the system for Logistic business for all subsidiaries.
Be responsible for logistics cost in logistics system and accounting system (SAP).
Conduct cost analysis and report on periodic variances in aspect of profitability.
Manage business planning and the develop forecasts for all subsidiaries.
Review the compliance with corporation tax, value-added tax, and other tax return. in prescribed timescales as required.
Provide full support and training to all staff as required in RHQ and subsidiaries.
Handled many translation works related to financial statement and updated accounting materials and data and apply appropriate accounting treatment.
Supported internal and external audit procedures by providing necessary all financial information and documents.
Control and supervise the financial activities of an entire company for all subsidiaries.
Conduct ad hoc inquires related to finance as the need arises.
Undertake foreign exchange revaluations as necessary.

3 to 5 Essential Skills

Fluent in English proficiency.
Experienced in ERP package of SAP implementation.
Accounting qualification or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
Experience in finance field.
Preferred Logistic experience.
Highly regarded as a brilliant communication skill.
Analytical and problem solving skill.
