Provide production support

To resolve help desk tickets

To coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, training and documentation

To manage and coordinate with vendor on pending issues

Provide functional leadership in the Logistics business area applicable to IT application landscape.

Provide IT knowledge subject matter expertise in acquiring Knowledge transfer related to support activities from project to support team

Provide the functional, technical and analytical abilities sufficient for the support and changes to the IT applications under Supply Chain/Logistics business.

Participate in process assessment for current business processes and recommend implementation options

Review existing configurations and setups and make corrections and changes as needed

Interact with business/users to determine and document new operational (functional) requirements to improve the resolution knowledge base

Gain customer confidence

Build relationship with business by collaborating on solutions and working as a business liaison
