Our client is currently deploying Windows 8 and Office 365. To facilitate this deployment and subsequent support of the environment our client is seeking Customer Service Officer with strong customer service skills, IT skills and a desire to expand their career within a customer focused service delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks and actively participate as a member of a team displaying ethical behaviour and qualities of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and respect for all clients and staff.
  • Use initiative, plan, prioritise and coordinate workload in accordance with operational requirements and client demand and manage own time effectively whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing needs.
  • Apply problem solving and analytical skills to maintain and improve customer service standards and to contribute to business improvement and business goals.
  • Effective analytical and problem solving. Provide quality problem analysis to resolve IT issues over the telephone and in person or refer problems to the appropriate specialist areas, utilising both electronic service desk tools and in person communications.
  • Participate as a member of a team providing first and second tier IT support to customers both in person and over the telephone.
  • Perform administration duties ensuring professional, efficient, timely and accurate services are provided to the branch including but not limited to:
    Creating and maintaining documents, readsheets, registers, project tracking documents, etc., Filing (electronic and hard copy) documents appropriately. Logging of client enquiries and requests in a tracking system. Liaising with clients over the telephone and in person. Prioritise incoming requests, correspondence, enquiries and determine action.
