For our client we are looking for Consultant SAP FI CO 2nd Level Support Team for Triage, Incident Analysis & User Based Support

Profil:
-Skills required:
- mid-senior level on SAP FI and knowledge in the respective domain
- Fluency in English
Skills nice to have:
- Knowledge of other domains
- Previous experience in automotive environment
Tasks:
- Ticket driven incident analysis on 2nd or higher support level for functional areas
- Resolution of non warranty related incidents raised to the Competence center by the 1st Level Support Organization
- Provide response to users providing necessary guidance and instruction for Self Help
- Change implementation activities will only be performed with the collaboration of the Program Team(s)
- Single point of managerial contact for escalations and:
- Service reviews, commercial/financial matters etc..
- Team Management and coordination as needed
