Description
To support delivery of the organisation and workforce development service plan, which provides leadership, expertise, consultancy and people development services within adults/childrens social care workforce to include working on the new care act alongside the Programme Manager. To analyse, design and implement the requirements of OWD strategies and implementation plans. Act as internal consultant to aligned directorate to identify OWD in council workforce. Provide professional advise on all aspects of learning and development, develop and deliver learning programmes, design and deliver training and development programme. Contribute towards development and implementation of effective marketing strategy.
