Description
A major hospital in the bay area is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager. This manager is would be responsible for the planning, design, and operational oversight of all the IT infrastructure of the hospital. It is essential that this manager maintains strong communication, partnership, and collaboration across the departments of the hospital with regards to the IT infrastructure.Job Functions and Qualifications:
*Will establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members
*Must work effectively with non-clinical and clinical team members on all levels of the organization
*Create technical designs and specifications
*Have a knowledge ITIL framework and Lean methodologies
*Ability to learn information systems and applications
*Knowledge of IT, clinical hospital flows
*Time management skills
*Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
*Can balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
*High problem solving and analytical skills
*Bachelor's Degree
*7 or more years of related experience
This position is a 12 month contract to hire position. The pay range is $100-$140 depending on experience.
