Inbound Fit is a fun, fast-paced creative web design and inbound marketing agency looking for fun, fast-working, open-minded and creative freelance web designers to join our team. Inbound Fit focuses on combining top quality design, results-driven inbound marketing with outstanding professionalism.

We are comprised of designers, copywriters, programmers and Internet marketing experts that put our ideas together to produce more qualified online leads for fitness centers. We are looking for designers who want to work with a professional team of experts, contribute ideas and be a part of creating amazing online experiences for fitness centers.

Our mission is to help grow fitness centers across the nation with effective online solutions. We want to educate general managers and owners the importance of adapting the inbound methodology in their marketing plans to generate a significantly higher marketing ROI.

Inbound Fit is a Hubspot partner agency and you will be provided with a full inbound marketing education with the ability to get certified in inbound marketing and Hubspot's COS (content optimization system) platform.

Compensation & Responsibilities
You will be paid a starting hourly rate of $30 with an open opportunity for project bonuses and commissions.

Each project will include the following efforts: 

• You must be able to work quickly. Websites are created within three to four weeks.
• The ability to install Wordpress templates.
• You must confidently be able to manipulate the structure of Wordpress templates.
• Branding Wordpress templates for the particular business.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS & jQuery.
• The ability to communicate on a day-to-day basis.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Bonus: Experience in designing in Hubspot's COS.

At the launch of each project, you will be given all the design/branding details, all client web pages, and imagery used for the website.

• Flexible with his/her time
• Detail-oriented 
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Possess excellent design skills
• Have excellent skills working in Wordpress
• Understand branding and the fundamentals of design
• Excellent time management skills
• Must work during U.S. daytime hours (preferrably PST)
