Functional Verification Engineer, Digital, Mixed Signal, Modelling Languages, RTL, Cadence, AMS and Transceiver Chips
eCRM Euro are urgently seeking a Functional Verification Engineer who will take responsibility for the functional verification of the transceiver chip, which includes the analog/RF blocks and digital blocks. This will include the following tasks
Creating, upgrading and maintaining (AMS) verification models for existing blocks in order to enable and speed-up verification.
Creating, upgrading and maintaining testbenches to enable top level verification
Creating a top level chip model for verifying the functionality of the combined analog and digital blocks.
Required Education and Experience
Candidate should have at least 3-5 years hands on experience on digital and mixed signal top level verification, RTL design/verification, modelling of analog circuits and good understanding of top level and mixed signal interface/verification issues.
Working experience in modelling languages such as VHDL, VHDL-AMS, Verilog-AMS and Scripting languages such as PERL, TCL etc.
Basic understanding of analog circuits
Modeling of analog circuits
Familiarity with Cadence circuit schematic tools and Cadence AMS based verification.
Experience with spice and/or fastspice simulators eg - Spectre, Goldengate,
Knowledge of issues in mixed signal verification
Experience in top level verification environment setup
Understanding of RTL design/verification concepts
Good communication skills and team-player.
