My Client a financial institution is looking for a Graduate Recruiter to help with the Milk round. This will be for 6 months based in the London city.Rate:£350 a day
Contract: 6 months
ROLE
Deliver against business requirements, a consistent pipeline of high calibre graduates and interns across all business divisions within EMEA
In partnership with the HR business partner team, manage business stakeholder relationships and build business engagement for graduate recruitment
Contribute to the design and delivery of an effective global graduate recruitment strategy aligned to business objectives
Lead and manage seasonal review projects of key elements of the global graduate attraction and recruitment strategy (e.g. marketing, selection process, ATS system)
Relationship management with graduate suppliers to ensure effective delivery of graduate recruitment strategy
Manage and participate in end to end recruitment process including screening online applications, competency based interviewing, assessment centres and final round business panel interviews
Maintain up-to-date databases and reporting through the applicant tracking system
Ensure a positive candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process from application to offer
Manage and ensure the smooth running of the intern programme, including performance management and conversion to FT offers
Participate in and manage campus events at target universities
Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required to fulfil the needs of the business

Experience:
* Strong background in graduate recruitment, preferably within financial services or in a professional, fast-paced environment
* Competency based interviewing experience
* Experience managing assessment centres, including administering psychometric testing (SHL)
