SAP Data Migration Technical Consultant- freelance - £450 per day - mid September startReal Staffing are currently looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Technical Consultant to join an exciting project based in Berkshire.
The SAP Data Migration Specialist will be providing technical expertise in Informatica (9.1.0) and MS SQL Server to support the technical data migration to deliver and continuously improve the ETL process. The chosen candidate will be creating data conversion programmes using ETL Informatica (Power Centre) based toolset and SAP LSMW. The candidate will participate in quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements and be involved in string, integration, user and cutover rehearsal testing.
The candidate will be able to create SAP based, SQL and Informatica reports based on project compliance requirements and support the business in the post-load reconciliation and approval process. They will work with the Data Migration functional analyst and business to perform analysis of local legacy systems for specific data objects within process area to identify gaps and specific use of fields. They will be able to run programmes (Informatica Work Flows) to extract, transform and load (LSMW) data for SAP go live.

Responsibilities
-SAP Technical Data Migration expertise
-Pharmaceutical industry experience
-Multiple full end to end life cycle implementations (5+ data migration projects)
-Ability to provide technical expertise in Informatica 9.1.0 and MS SQL Server
-Experience creating SAP based, SQL and Informatica reports
-Proven expertise working with Data Migration functional Specialists to perform analysis
-Extensive SAP knowledge to initiate confident decision making
-Team player, pro-active and uses own initiative to get the job done
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Start date: Mid September
Duration: 3 months initially
Rate: £450 per day
