Our client a large international company is seeking a Senior Manager Tax & Legal services, China business group for their offices in Switzerland.Responsibilities
You will develop and implement state of the art, complex, compliant, and sustainable international tax & legal planning structures for Chinese corporate and individual clients, including international investment, holding, finance, IP, trading, management, and service structures for multinational Chinese corporate clients.
You will be responsible for multinational individual tax and wealth planning for Chinese individual clients and families, including private holding and investment structures, asset protection structures, estate planning, international relocation, residence real estate acquisition and business development responsibilities.
You will be driving business with Chinese clients and ensure sustained growth and you will be expanding the existing business reach proactively creating new sales leads/opportunities.
You will be constantly interacting with prospects and maintain cordial business relationship with key clients and intermediaries.
You will be expanding channel business by sourcing new partners as well as maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance the profitability of business operations.
Requirements
You have profound international tax planning and structuring experience and a recognized international Tax LL.M degree
(5+years working experience with a mainland China based Big 4 consulting firm, or a major international or domestic law firm).
You have well-founded mainland China tax planning and structuring experience as well as several years of active experience with domestic and international mainland China inbound and outbound.
You have a deep understanding of mainland China corporate law, family law and the regulatory environment.
You have a talent for and ambitions in business development.
You bring excellent communication and analytical thinking skills and you will take on responsibility as a leader of teams or areas of expertise.
