GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant GIR for exciting projects based across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity with highly competitive rates.
My client is a leading, global construction organisation who has a number of retail led mixed-use projects across London and the South East. The requirement for a forward thinking, dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor is urgently required due to sheer growth and expansion. You will be working on a number of schemes at varying stages of design and construction.
Experience in the following is required:
- You will be Degree qualified, MRICS and have a proven track record of managing your own projects through all stages of the contract.
- Cost planning/Estimating skills
- Cost Management and reporting skills
- Tender documentation
- Cashflow management and Benchmarking KPI'S
- Contract admin and cost management skills
The successful candidate will be part of an experienced Cost Consultancy team, working on a number of sites.
