Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Construction Engineer/Manager/Project Engineering -Petrochemical/Chemical/Downstream Oil and Gas -South East - Contract
My client has a requirement for a contract Construction Engineer to join them at the start of their new project. This is a project based within the downstream oil and gas/petrochemical sector going from design through to maintenance handover.
You should either have significant Civil/Structural or Mechanical experience- however, if you are experienced in managing the construction of all 3 that would be a bonus.
You should ideally have downstream oil and gas/petrochemical/chemical industry experience:-
-Must have 5 years + experience of Civil/Structural/Mechanical Construction Engineering/Management and some experience of project engineering responsibilities.
-This should include experience of some or all of the following: concrete formworks, piling, road construction, structural steel, tank construction. If you have any experience of tank storage or bulk liquid transfer projects this would be an advantage
- Pipelines, heating systems, ship to shore transfer, tanker loading (mechanical)
-Degree educated
-IT Literate- Microsoft Office and MS Project
