Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f)

Description

• Organize and monitor temperature-controlled shipments, ensure on-time availability in warehouses in Europe and Canada as well as GDP requirements are met
• Create purchase orders for transportation and review transportation invoices
• Consolidation of KPI data from distribution partners in Europe and Canada
• Consolidation of return summary reports from distribution partners in Europe
• Organize and monitor destruction requests for finished goods with distribution centres
• Support month-end closing activities related to the supply chain including inventory reconciliation and listing of outstanding invoices
• Administrational tasks such as travel organisation, meeting scheduling and meeting minutes
• Ad hoc support in supply chain projects
• Maintain close collaboration with internal and external clients

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent (e.g. KV)
• Profound experience ideally within a highly regulated Supply Chain such as Pharma/Medical Device or Food Industry
• Experience with GxP or SOX compliance is desirable
• View for the detail and affinity for numbers
• Proven records for the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a highly diversified cultural environment
• Strong communication skills in German and English are required; any additional European language (French, Spanish) is a plus
• Very solid knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
