Company Secretarial Assistant

One of our Large Investment Banking clients Bank of America are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team assisting the Company Secretarial/Corporate Governance Department.

Reporting to Senior Vice President, Global Subsidiary Governance

Job description
* Primary focus on responding to day to day company secretarial enquiries.
* Preparation of board packs
* Maintenance of minute books (hard copy and electronic)
* Update statutory records on Blueprint
* Filing, archiving documents/files and e-filing
* Processing of invoices.
* Completing annual return
* Preparing documents for dealing with internal depots and notaries.
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Arrange filings with Companies House

Skills
* Flexibility - the capacity to work flexibly adjusting own priorities in order to provide optimum and effective support to the Company Secretarial team.
* Knowledge of company secretarial requirements would be an advantage
* Show adaptability to new situations.
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Ability to work calmly in a high pressure environment.
* Confidentiality - the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
* Strong team ethic along with the ability to work independently.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
