The positions are to work within Sellafield Ltd's Contractor Management Group and are to support their Tendering, work planning/scheduling and delivery processes. This is aimed at bolstering confidence with the various customers (effectively Projects) on Site and initially would be for a period of 12 months. That said if things work out and the individuals make a real difference the positions would be long term.
In addition the candidates would need to be assertive and be capable of making decisions and fully understand respective delivery commitments to cost and schedule.
Experience working within a Contracting environment would help, particularly if there is some fabshop experience. The candidate/s should also be able to understand the logical flow of engineering delivery and scheduling within respective resource and manufacturing constraints.
