A leading Dublin based Investment Management Organisation is currently searching for a Support Specialist to join their Technical Services team.
Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of all technical infrastructures including:
- Microsoft Windows XP, 7 and Server
- Microsoft Office Suite 2007 and 2010
- Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes
- Polycom Video Conferencing and Audio Visual
Essential Skills
- Technical experience focusing on Windows Operating Systems (Desktop & Server)
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory Windows 2003
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
- Analytical, problem solving, and client servicing skills are required to provide technical support.
- Organisational skills are required to prioritise service calls.
- Strong attention to detail
- Third level qualification within IT discipline.
