Your tasks:
- Compiling an end-to-end specification lifecycle management business process
- Consolidation of previous work and knowledge
- Identification of interfaces to other business processes
- Manage contacts with the organizational units to compile information ensuring alignment with business needs
- Develop project plans and establish work priorities to meet targets
- Ensuring compliance with the companies' Quality Management System
- Responsibility for the adequacy and Good Document Practice of the documentation to be established
- Coordinate Documents on the basis of existing documentation management systems (Documentum)
Your qualifications
- Profound track record and experience with Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Industry
- Experience of working under cGxP, QSR or similar working practices
- Demonstrable knowledge of Process management and Risk Assessments
- Excellent command of English and German
- Excellent documentation skills
