A Managed Service Programme Director is needed in the UK. On behalf of our client, a prestigious
international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Managed
Services Programme Director in the UK Applicants shall speak fluent English, and eligible to work
in EU.

Responsibilities and tasks:

? The Director has overall responsibility to full­fill contractual obligation towards customer and secure that
financial targets are achieved and customer satisfaction is met and continuously increased.
? Establish and manage the organization of Managed Service delivery function and organization, including
driving and handling of requirements of management, technical staff and 3rd parties. Initial build up and
management of management functions, technical functions of various levels, finance management, daily
management of the Managed Service delivery, performance assessment of the employees, customer
relation management etc.
? Establish, enforce, and optimize Managed Services delivery management process. Be responsible for MS
project indices such as project progress, quality and customer satisfaction. Perform regular reporting of
service delivery and quality with belonging analysis and actions, drive operational excellence programs for
the MS delivery.
? Management and coordination with relevant departments and be responsible for project resource
management and organization.
? Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed contractual terms and SLAs to fulfill the client mission
and customer requirements.
? Budget responsible, monitor and follow up on budget performance for delivered services to ensure that
intended cost level is maintained whilst securing SLA fulfillment and Customer satisfaction.
? Manage 3rd party subcontractor service contracts (responsible for cost forecasting, follow up on actual
costs versus budget costs and third party delivery performance) to ensure that agreed profitability is
achieved.
? Ensure escalation procedure is followed and that service quality expectations of Customer are at all times
managed in a professional manner.
? To develop and manage processes and procedures for Managed Service delivery and towards Customer
ensuring all inter working units e.g. system support units, inter working operators, subcontractors, rollout
projects/units, planning / engineering units are working according optimial processes.
? Manage service , network performance analysis and KPI reporting.
? Management of working level agreement and escalations with third party vendor/supplier.
? Lead or participation in required Customer and internal meetings and forums.
? Costing, pricing and negotiations of additional service sales. Support Service Sales and Contract
Management functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

? Above ten (10) years of working experience in Telecommunication or IT industry, experience in
operations of Telecom networks. Experience from leading positions at Operator or Vendor for operational
functions such as head of operations, head of NOC, CTO or similar experience.
? Good knowledge in Mobile Telecom (2G,3G,4G), and preferably Telecom, IT and OSS.
? Management experience and experience in driving build up and change programs for organizations and
operations
? Analytical skills in preparing reports and experience in project management.
? P&L and budget experience
? Sales and Contract management experience
