Description
The jobholder will be responsible for working with business counterparts to understand and align with business objectives. They will resource projects and managing the resources during the execution of those projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To participate actively in the implementations of ERP, MES and any other projects supporting the Manufacturing plants
- Provide governance for solutions, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation
- To Conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements
- Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollout
- Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
- Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area
- Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation
- Participate in status review meetings with business and IT teams and provide timely feedback
- To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.
- To run functional, integration and solution acceptance testing
- To lead teams of functional resources in a specific application area either in a global ERP project/deployment or in a divisional project
- Defines, plans and manages the activities, including, budget, tasks, resources, timeframes, quality and deliverables
- Consultant management and performance assessment
Education and Special Trainings
- MBA in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Project Management
Qualifications and Experience
- Recent Oracle Manufacturing experience of full cycle implementation
- Recent Camstar MES experience of full cycle implmentations
- Oracle knowledge on multi-national cross-country implementations.
- At least 12 years of professional experience in ERP & MES systems implementation activities (upgrades, new implementations and rollouts)
- At least 5 full cycle implementations in Oracle EBS
- At least 5 years of team lead experience with a minimum of 3 people (contractors or FTE)
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of ERP in the Supply Chain area, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Purchasing areas are a must
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing or working with MES systems perferably Camstar
- Experience in international / medical technology companies
Physical Requirements
- Oracle eBusiness suite experience in a large manufacturing plants, cross-countries
- Camstar MES experience
- Excellent understanding of the main business functions in large-scale companies
