We're looking for an experienced, savvy UX designer who can help us revolutionize the way small businesses manage their sales & credit. As a UX designer at Funding Gates, you'll join our entirely remote product team. This isn't just any remote position: The team is experienced at working remotely and is equipped with the tools to do so successfully.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with team members, designers, and customers to build the right thing, right Storyboarding feature flows, iteratively, with the product team Design and care about even minor user interactions Pragmatic approach to user experience - favor getting some interface improvement to the user sooner, rather than a perfect interface, too late Participate in iterative/agile product development Pairing, if that's your thing Excellent communication skills Contribute to the open-source community, author blog posts
Requirements:
Extensive experience developing web application flows and UX You have a track record of living the "Smart, and Gets Things Done" ethos.You are: humble, honest, friendly, optimistic, caring, trusting, and you value teamwork over heroics, collaboration over silos, and pragmatism over dogma. HTML/CSS Experience with JavaScript and/or Ember.js is a major bonus, but not at all required You work hours that overlap Eastern time 9-5 by at least 5 hours
