Based in Bexhill-On-Sea on the South Coast with over 1500 staff at our HQ we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team on a contract basis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To support the resourcing manager (non volume) in sourcing talented individuals into Hastings Direct in the full range of non volume roles.
- To utilise LinkedIn and other key sourcing methodologies and tools in order to attract new applicants.
- To follow through on all administrative tasks associated with said recruitment.
- To work closely with key stakeholders with recruitment needs, mapping out resourcing strategy for vacancies, keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process.
- To liaise with preferred supplier agencies as required, managing the relationship between providers and Hastings Direct, tracking success against key performance criteria.
- To conduct interviews as required for all roles
- To produce appropriate MI in relation to areas of responsibility as required.
- To process any invoices in relation to the above activities as required and track costs.
- Sound and extensive knowledge of recruitment markets and use of modern technology in attracting talent
- Well versed in talent attraction strategies from similar environment and across range of disciplines (eg marketing, sales, finance, IT, pricing and other specialist support functions)
EXPERIENCE:
- Substantial experience of resourcing directly through modern medium such as LinkedIn and other online tools
- Demonstrable experience of delivery against targets
- Experience of producing resourcing data and MI
