A freelance opportunity for a Network Engineer within one of the main Energy providers in Belgium.

Our partner provides services and solutions to a to a large and diversified customer base. They are working on a project for one of Belgium's largest energy providers.
Jobomschrijving
Within a CISCO environment you operate as the network system engineer. You take care of any incidents on Fiber and WAN.
As an employee of the network operations center you are responsible for:
- procedures related to infrastructure maintenance
- the analysis of incidents and technical problems
- improvements for the tools and workspace, mostly on open-source tools
You invest in your knowledge and competencies related to Network environment of the client.
Het profiel
You have a degree in Computer Science and 1-2 year minimum of experience in a professional context.
You have professional experience of network systems such as CISCO switching and routing
You are CCNA certified
You have knowledge in traditional telephony and are willing to get more in-depth knowledge of IPTel & VoIP
You participate in the on call duty once every 4 weeks
NL native / ENG fluent / FR fluent
