My major Financial Services client based in Nottingham is currently seeking a FP&A Manager to join their Finance division.

Key Skills for FP&A Manager:

*MUST have a Accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
*Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
*Strong budgetary and forecasting experience.
*Proven MS Excel skills
*Experience within a fast-paced information services
*Ability to communicate numerical information in an easy to understand manner to Senior Management *People management and coaching skills
*Strong knowledge and understanding of technical accounting issues - revenue recognition, CAPEX
*Drive to understand the commercial drivers of a business.

The role (accountabilities):

*Manage and deliver the process for all financial planning activities to support key information for decision making
*Play a lead role in working with the Business Partners and Business Unit teams in producing high quality financial analysis
*Identify challenges to the financial performance
*Challenge and coach business and finance stakeholders to deliver enhanced performance
*Management of team, including review of team deliverables, support and coaching team members, managing team meetings, performance reviews and maintaining resource plans including all FP&A finance work streams.
