Your role will specifically include
- Providing support for Windows Server infrastructure including planning, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and problem resolution;
- Providing technical advice to clients and stakeholders;
- Producing documentation, processes, procedures and reports in line with documentation standards;
- Assisting with building the skills and knowledge of your colleagues
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory Services;
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting System Center Operations Manager (SCOM);
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
- Experience with automatic rollout of patches & security updates to server fleets;
- Demonstrated ability to manage local and wide area networks;
- Possess a working technical knowledge of server hardware and configuration, and networking peripherals;
- Ability to deploy Servers within a Standard Operating Environment;
- Ability to analyse technical processes and provide advice for service improvement;
- Strong client service delivery focus;
- Outstanding time management and communication skills
