SQL Server, SQL Database Migration, Contract, WarringtonA large, world leading Engineering Consultancy company, based in Warrington has an immediate requirement for a SQL Developer to join their contract team.
This is working with our team of contractors on a SQL Database migration, my client is working to tight timescales and looking to bulk up the man power of the team until early 2015 as a minimum. Our other contractors have been extended several times previously and enjoy working here.
The role will consist of the following -
Using SQL server to build new datasets from a variety of sources
Revision of source control and data
Ensuring data quality assurance and user logs are maintained
VBA UI to present data in a relational data model
Agile working
You must also be able to -
Have the aptitude and drive to meet targets in a methodical and structured manner
Demonstrate product to the end client and end users confidently
Work to software best practise models
The successful candidate will be available at short notice to discuss this role with Computer Futures, and to be able to start next week with our client.
