Looking for someone who will prepare and/or review sections of the Form 10-Q, perform accounting research on GAAP requirements and prepare materials for Audit Committee.

SKILLS:

3 years of experience in Financial reporting and accounting research, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office, very strong analytical and written communication skills, as well as an understanding of financial reporting and GAAP requirements. Degree in Accounting required. CPA preferred, but not necessary. Codification research expertise, preparation or review of financial statements and Management's Discussions in SEC filing a plus. Big 4 experience, or equivalent years of experience preferred. Ideally looking for someone with Financial Reporting and Accounting Research experience.
