Role: Quality Assurance Manager
Type: Contract

Rate: £
My government client requires a contractor to ensure that any new products or services delivered by the programme are fit for purpose, this will include working across the programme to undertake assurance reviews.
Responsibilities:
*Formulate and agree an Integrated Assurance and Approvals Strategy (IAAS)
*Develops, maintain and monitor execution of and IAAP through consultation with stakeholders and independent and internal assurance providers
*Liaises with potential assurance providers and stakeholders to schedule and resource assurance reviews in line with IAAP
*Co-ordinate quality reviews of programme/project documents and deliverables
*Work with commercial resources to ensure effective interface with suppliers quality systems and oversee the quality review process for contractual supplier deliverables
*Co-ordinate gated reviews and stage reviews and ensure information is available in a timely manner and quality format, and provide internal Programme health checks.
*Take ownership of all quality processes and management of the programme quality log
Essential Criteria:
*Experience as a quality assurance manager in a complex programme.
*Experience of developing Integrated Assurance and Approvals Plans (IAAP) and managing stage boundary assurance activities.
*Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and problems through to completion.
*Good knowledge and understanding of programme/project management disciplines.
*Evidence of pro-actively improving of behaviours and processes.
*Experience in public sector and central government organisations is highly desirable.
