Description
If you are an IT Support Analyst with at least 6 years of experience providing L1/L2/L3 support, please keep reading. We are looking for a responsible individual who has worked independently and has experience in rollouts or office relocation projects for an 8 to 9 week contract.
Skills and experience:
- L1/L2 Desktop support
- Remote assistance experience and tools (preferably Communicator or Webex)
- Experience connecting machines to a network and performing patching
- Office relocation experience
Mandatory requirements:
- Current valid driver license
- Available to travel interstate for a week
- Commitment to 8 or 9 weeks of work
- Have worked independently
The technical environment includes Windows 7, Server 2003/8, IE10, Credit Encryption, Google Chrome, Office 2007, Altiris Backup.
