Description
I am looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a top bank based in Bristol. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.A temporary contact opportunity has arisen for a manager required for the Financial Statements Team, the team is responsible for the preparation of the annual financial statements of several hundred subsidiaries and, following from this, the conversion of financial statements to iXBRL format for submission to HMRC. This role will support the team on the core deliverables.
The opportunity would suit a motivated individual, capable of working proactively as part of a team, who takes ownership for their deliverables and who has good coaching and feedback skills. Applicants should be proficient in the use of MS Office applications and be familiar with accounting disclosures (e.g. including IFRS knowledge). Training will be given on the use of iXBRL software as needed.
The successful candidate will be accountancy qualified, have previous experience/ awareness of the Companies Act accounts process (including financial statements preparation) and planning and supervision.

Qualified Accountant
MS Office application
Familiar with accounting disclosures (e.g. including IFRS knowledge)
