Description
For our customer we are looking for a Senior Test Manager.
Test responsible in a major programme, leading one or several test teams situated both on and off shore. Reporting test to programme management. Assumed size of test organisation is approximately 30 resources. The role is to be responsible for test in a major programme, so we are looking for someone with very high seniority, we are assuming approx. 100 FTEs involved and approx. 30 involved in test.
Needed experience
- Previous experience of being test lead in a programme or in a major project
- Leading test teams both on and offshore
- 7+ years experience from test
Skills
- Ability to lead and fluent in English
