Description
Essential Functions:-Follow strict SOPs for routine blood sample CTC analysis, immunofluorescent staining, and data analysis
-Prepare buffers and reagents
-Function as a team leader for more junior staff
-Write or assist in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-Maintain proper records and complete all work in compliance with applicable guidelines, regulations, and SOPs
-Participate in general clinical and nonclinical laboratory Duties
-Maintain safe and clean laboratory environment
Education/Experience Required:
-BS in chemical, physical, or biological science.
-At least 2?5 years of laboratory experience in high complexity testing.
-Must have a current Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist license issued by the state of California.
