Description
I am working exclusively with a large NHS Trust in London who are working with an internally developed bespoke system which aims to track patients through their treatment plan. One of the objectives of the system is to ensure that patients who have differed treatment are contacted within the appropriate timeframes to be rebooked into their pathway.They are looking for a Project Manager who can:
- Ensure the appropriate MI reporting is being produced from the system
- Create appropriate system validation documentation
- Work closely with the service managers to roll-out this system to full operational use.
- Review if the Patient Pathway system is best placed to deliver what is required.
- Has proven experience in implementing systems to a large user base ensuring operational needs are not put at risk or affected.
The successful candidate will be expected to formulate project plans, monitor and manage risks and issues and liaise with clinical, non clinical and project staff.
